Two vehicle mods conflicting - only one shows up in-game

Installed two add-on vehicle packs. Only one spawns. The other one shows up in dlclist.xml and the files are in their proper folder but the trainer doesn't recognize it.

Almost certain it's a dlclist conflict, but I can't locate the duplicate entry anywhere. Does anyone know an easy way to debug this?
