By using GTAModding.net you agree to these terms. GTAModding.net is a marketplace for user-uploaded GTA 6 mods. We are in no way affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Acceptable Use

No uploading content you don't have the rights to. That also means no malware, no paywalls disguised as free content and no GTA Online cheat mods.

Account

You are accountable for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Payments & Payouts

Purchases are completed through Stripe Checkout. Creators are paid automatically through Stripe Connect on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule of their choosing, and payouts are made in the creator's local currency. Creators earn 85% of each sale; the platform charges a flat 15% commission, and Stripe's standard processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from the seller's portion. There are no fees for free mods.

Digital Goods - All Sales Final

Mod purchases are final once the download has started. Mods are digital goods that are downloaded directly from our CDN - once they have been delivered you cannot "return" them. Please refer to our full Digital Goods Policy for buyer protections and exceptions.

Licensing

Mods that you buy are licensed solely for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or mirror mods without written permission from the creator.
