By using GTAModding.net you agree to these terms. We are a marketplace for user-uploaded GTA 6 mods. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Acceptable Use

Don't upload anything you don't have rights to. No malware, paywalls disguised as free content, or cheat mods for GTA Online.

Account

You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments & Payouts

Purchases are processed via Stripe Checkout. Creator payouts run automatically through Stripe Connect on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule of the creator's choosing, paid out in their local currency. Creators keep 85% of every paid sale; the platform takes a flat 15% fee, and Stripe's standard processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are deducted from the seller's share. Free mods carry no fees on either side.

Digital Goods - All Sales Final

All mod purchases are final once the download begins. Mods are digital files delivered instantly through our CDN - they cannot be "returned" after delivery. See our full Digital Goods Policy for buyer protections and exception handling.

Licensing

Purchased mods are licensed to you for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell or mirror mods without the creator's written permission.
