Feature request: curated mod collections

It would be nice if there was a way to group mods into a "collection" - like an "ultimate vehicle pack" that combines 4 vehicle mods with notes on compatibility.

Useful for creator-curated collections, community lists and install presets for users new to modding.

Technical question: How do you deal with the fact that the creators of each mod receive payment separately? Perhaps a collection only links to the mods instead of reselling them?
