Bug: search dropdown z-index on mobile

On Chrome mobile, sometimes the search autocomplete dropdown renders behind the cookie banner. Steps to repro:

1. Load the site fresh (cookie banner present)
2. Tap navbar search
3. Start typing
4. Dropdown ends up under the cookie banner

iPhone 15 Pro, latest iOS, Google Chrome. Reproduces consistently.
