Should we run community-organized racing leaderboards?

GTA 6 tracks have built-in race times; however, they are per-server. There is currently no way to display the "world's fastest lap on Mountain Pass v2".

Would there be any interest in a community leaderboard (submit lap time + replay file, top times manually verified)? Could be a neat niche for this site.
