ASI loader not loading any of my .asi files - silent failure

Installed Script Hook + ASI loader. Game runs ok. None of my .asi mods are loading.

Things I've checked:

• The files go in the game root, not in a subfolder
• ASI loader DLL is compatible with my game version
• Tried running just one .asi at a time

Nothing showing in any log file. Has anyone encountered the "silent ASI fail"? What caused this?
