Working on a "what if Sandy Shores got a real revival" map mod. Adds:
- 8 new buildings (gas station, motel, cafe, mechanic, etc.)
- Reworked road system (less broken-spaghetti, more actual flow)
- Lighting pass for night scenes
3 weeks in, ~25% done. Posting WIP shots in replies. Targeting a $19.99 release if quality holds.
