What's a trainer in GTA 6?

Are trainers safe?
In Story Mode and private offline sessions, yes - they're explicitly permitted under Take-Two's modding policy. In GTA Online, never - loading any trainer triggers Rockstar's anti-cheat and bans your account.
Can I run multiple trainers at once?
Usually not - trainers register hotkeys and conflict on the same keys. Pick one trainer, learn its menu, layer specific freeroam scripts (weather, ped chaos, etc.) on top.
What's the difference between freeroam and PvP mods?
Freeroam = sandbox / no rules / mess about. PvP = structured player-vs-player combat (deathmatch, team-DM, arena). Many freeroam servers also include combat scripts so the lines blur.
